Rachel Hardesty

Rachel is co-owner of BTG and a speech-language pathologist. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with her B.S. in 2009 and M.A. in 2011 in Communication Disorders. Rachel is Kentucky board certified, holds her CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is a member of the Kentucky Speech-Language Hearing Association.  She worked in the hospital setting before moving into the school system. Rachel worked in Montgomery County schools and now works in the Franklin County schools. 

Rachel has two daughters.

She started gardening to relieve stress, though nothing has grown yet.

 

Jessica Potter

Jessica is a speech-language pathologist and graduated from the University of Kentucky with her B.S. in 2005 and M.S. in 2007 in Communication Disorders. Jessica is Kentucky board certified, holds her CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is a member of the Kentucky Speech-Language Hearing Association. Jessica holds her teaching certificate for working with exceptional children. Jessica worked in Fayette County schools.

Jessica has a son and a daughter.

She is highly organized and loves to travel.

 

Jenna Sutton

Jenna is a speech-language pathologist and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with her M.A. in Communication Disorders. Jenna is Kentucky board certified and holds her CCCs with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Jenna works full time for Mercer County schools.

Jenna is a new mom with a baby girl.

She loves the beach and recently renovated her home, giving Joanna Gaines a run for her money.

 

Ashley Johnson

Ashley is a speech-language pathologist and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with her B.S. in 2011 and M.A. in 2013 in Communication Disorders. Ashley is Kentucky board certified, holds her CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is a member of the Kentucky Speech-Language Hearing Association. She works in the Franklin County school system.  Ashley also worked with First Steps.

Ashley has a son and baby daughter.

She loves the outdoors and is winning motherhood with two tiny kiddos.

 

Rachel Duvall-Shaw

Rachel is a speech-language pathologist and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in 1998 and an M.S. in 2000 in Communication Disorders. Rachel is Kentucky board certified, holds her CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is a member of the Kentucky Speech-Language Hearing Association. She works in the Franklin County school system. 

Rachel has a son and daughter.

She volunteers at children’s ministry at her church and is an avid recycler.

Elizabeth Franzini

Elizabeth is co-owner of BTG and a speech-language pathologist. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with her B.S. in 2005 and M.S. in 2007 in Communication Disorders. Elizabeth is Kentucky board certified, holds her CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is a member of the Kentucky Speech-Language Hearing Association. She worked in Kentucky and New York schools as well as an NYC private practice.

Elizabeth has four wild boys.

She escapes the chaos through beach reads, Netflix, and grade B sci-fi movies.

 

Andrea Fast

Andrea is a speech-language pathologist. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with her B.S. in 2005 and M.S. in 2007 in Communication Disorders. Andrea is Kentucky board certified, holds her CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is a member of the Kentucky Speech-Language Hearing Association. She worked in the Clark County school system. 

Andrea has two daughters.

She sews dance costumes from scratch and fosters baby kittens.


Amanda Dobey

Amanda is a speech-language pathologist and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in 2003 and M.S. in Communication Disorders in 2005. Amanda is Kentucky board certified, holds her CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is a member of the Kentucky Speech and Hearing Association. Amanda worked in Franklin County schools and now works in Anderson County schools.

Amanda has one son.

She dresses fashionably and loves sushi.

Ruth Fitz-Gerald

Ruth Fitz-Gerald is a Certified Dyslexia Screener and Consultant.  She earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from Goshen College in 1983 and her M.A. in Special Education, Learning and Behavior Disorders K-12 from the University of the Cumberlands in 2017.  Ruth earned her Dyslexia Screener and Consultant certification in 2014 from Susan Barton.  She holds her elementary teaching certificate, special education certificate, and a special education consultant certification.  She has many years of teaching experience in a variety of settings.  Currently she is the Student Services Coordinator at the Frankfort Christian Academy.

Ruth has four grown children and five grandkids.

She traveled the world twice before turning 16 years old and loves an ice cream + coffee combo.

 

Lindsey Graves

Lindsey is a speech-language pathologist and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a B.S. in 2006 and then an M.S. in Communication Disorders in 2008. Lindsey is Kentucky board certified, holds her CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is a member of the Kentucky Speech-Language Hearing Association. She worked in Ohio school system, and now works in the Franklin County school system. 

Lindsey has two boys.

She bleeds blue for UK and her love language is being the hostess with the most-ess.
